For the second year in a row the Florence Freedom have been named the best “family entertainment value” in the tri-state area in a survey conducted by Northern Kentucky University.

The Frontier League is proud to announce the rosters for the 16th Annual Frontier League All-Star Game, to be played at Wuerfel Park in Traverse City, Michigan on Wednesday July 16th, 2008 at 7:05 P.M. The teams will be divided into squads representing the East Division and West Division.
The field managers for the game will be determined by which two clubs are in first place in their respective divisions following play on July 6th, 2008. The two managers will each announce their additional 3 player selections to complete their 24-man roster, as well as their coaching selections on July 7th.

The Florence Freedom have a great lineup of events at Champion Window Field on Tuesday, July 1st in celebration of the upcoming holiday weekend. The night is the team’s “Salute the Troops” night which includes pre-game catch on the field, a silent auction of patriotic Freedom jerseys and even a post game fireworks show.
